Ingredientes:
2 tazas de Pasas Miravalle
2 tazas de agua
1/2 taza de aceite vegetal
1 taza de agua fría
2 tazas de azúcar refinada
4 tazas de harina de trigo
1 cucharadita de Canela molida Miravalle
1 cucharadita de Clavos Miravalle
1 cucharadita de Nuez moscada molida Miravalle
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
1/2 cucharadita de sal
Modo de Preparación:
Precalienta el horno a 180 °C (350 °F). Engrasa y enharina un molde para hornear de 23x33 centímetros.
Hierve las pasas en 2 tazas de agua durante 15 minutos. Retira del fuego y vierte dentro de un tazón. Agrega el aceite vegetal y el agua fría.
Aparte, mezcla azúcar, harina, canela, clavos, nuez moscada, bicarbonato y sal en un tazón grande. Incorpora al tazón con las pasas. Revuelve.
Vierte dentro del molde engrasado y hornea durante 1 hora o hasta que pase la prueba del palillo.
